These Terms & Conditions govern the use of WEDOHOST hosting services provided by WEDO CREATIVE LLC(Tax ID 02268504, registered address: 6/5 Frunze St., 26, Shengavit, 0026 Yerevan, Armenia; hereinafter “WEDOHOST,” “we,” “us”).
By paying for or using the Service, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
WEDOHOST provides web hosting and related technical services to clients of WEDO CREATIVE.
The features, resources, limitations and price of each hosting plan are specified on wedohost.am or agreed separately with the Client.
We may make reasonable technical changes to our infrastructure, software or security systems where necessary to maintain, secure or improve the Service.
The Client must provide accurate and current contact and payment information and is responsible for keeping account access and login links secure.
A person acting on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Hosting services are billed annually.
Card payments are processed through Ameriabank vPOS. WEDOHOST does not store full payment card details.
By completing the initial payment and agreeing to automatic renewal, the Client authorizes subsequent annual charges using the secure payment identifier maintained by the payment system.
The Service automatically renews at the end of each paid annual term until the Client cancels automatic renewal.
If the annual price changes, the new price will apply to the next billing period and the Client will be informed before the relevant charge.
If a payment fails, WEDOHOST may restrict or suspend the Service until payment is successfully completed.
The Client may cancel the next automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date by contacting info@wedo.design.
Cancellation of automatic renewal prevents future charges. The already paid Service will remain active until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.
Where the Service is terminated before the end of a paid period, any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and any separate agreement with the Client, taking into account services already provided and costs incurred.
The Client must not use the Service to:
WEDOHOST may temporarily restrict or suspend the Service where a violation or genuine security threat is identified.
The Client is responsible for the legality of the content and data hosted through the Service.
Where a hosting plan includes weekly backups, WEDOHOST provides them as an additional recovery measure. Backups do not replace the Client's responsibility to maintain independent copies of important data.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide reliable and secure hosting services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security measures, failures of third-party infrastructure, network issues or other circumstances reasonably outside WEDOHOST's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEDOHOST will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
WEDOHOST may suspend or terminate the Service if the Client:
Where reasonably possible, we will notify the Client before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is necessary for security or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on wedohost.am.
Material changes will apply to future services or billing periods in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
