This Privacy Policy explains how WEDO CREATIVE LLC (Tax ID 02268504, registered address: 6/5 Frunze St., 26, Shengavit, 0026 Yerevan, Armenia; hereinafter “WEDOHOST,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use wedohost.am and our hosting services.

1. Information We Collect

We may process:

  • name, company name and contact information,
  • email address and account information,
  • hosting, domain and service-related information,
  • messages and support requests sent to us,
  • IP address, browser, device, login and security-related technical information,
  • payment status and payment identifiers provided by the payment system.

Card payments are processed through Ameriabank vPOS. WEDOHOST does not store full payment card details. For automatic annual renewals, the payment system may use a secure payment token or another payment identifier instead of full card details.

2. How We Use Information

We process information to:

  • provide and manage hosting services,
  • identify and secure customer accounts,
  • process payments and automatic annual renewals,
  • provide technical support,
  • prevent fraud, unauthorized access and security threats,
  • comply with accounting, legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal data is processed where necessary to provide our services, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations or, where required, based on consent.

3. Cookies and Third-Party Services

The website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation, authentication and security.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the website against spam and automated abuse. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may process certain technical information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

Plesk is used for the administration and management of hosting services.

4. Data Storage and Disclosure

Personal data may be stored and processed on servers located in Armenia and Germany.

Where data is transferred outside Armenia, such transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable law and with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed only to service providers and partners where necessary for hosting, security, payment processing or technical support, and to public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain the customer relationship. Certain information may be retained afterwards where necessary for accounting, tax, security, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.

Data contained in backups is removed through the normal backup rotation process.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • information about the processing of your personal data,
  • access to or correction of your personal data,
  • blocking or deletion of data that is no longer necessary or has been processed unlawfully,
  • withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary to comply with legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on wedohost.am.
